So we gave our son the bike on Friday and he absolutely loves it. It is a perfect size and fit for him. He honestly hasn’t gotten off it since we gave if to him. Thank you again for the great service and great quality bike. We have already been recommending you guys to everyone.

My daughter loves her bike! At 3.5 it only took her a couple tries before she was pedaling on her own. Amazing to watch and see her excitement! I definitely think the hand brakes and free wheel make it easier to learn. We let her practice going up and down the street with no pedals a couple times to get a feel for the bike and brakes, put the pedals on and then everything just clicked 🙂 Plus she loves the pink color 😉

Was wavering between 4 and 5 stars but chose the latter because of the high quality support from Jeff and the amazing final product. Our 3.5 year old son recieved his park 14 bike this morning and was pedaling in turns and starting from a stop on his own by the afternoon. It was amazing to see such a fast progression and all we saw were smiles. The hand brakes and free wheels making learning a breeze and should really be the standard.
Also the adjustable standard components are great to get a good fit for your child.
I ran into a couple of quality issues but they were resolved quickly to make a happy customer.

Great quality bike & brilliant service. Ordered this bike for my son 3 1/2, after having to return a similar bike from another company due to poor quality & excessive weight. No such issue with our Park 14, quality of the build & finish is great for the price. Bike is also nice & light for young rider + the freewheel & proper rim breaks are just what we were after.
After a few very helpful emails with the Park Cycles team they even shipped over my sons bike to the UK.
He could be happier with it!
